How WhatsApp enquiries work
The enquiry form verifies your phone number by SMS before opening WhatsApp. When you select "Send OTP", MSG91 receives your phone number and technical information needed to deliver the code and prevent abuse. The security check may also use a CAPTCHA service.
After you enter the code, selecting "Continue on WhatsApp" sends your enquiry details and verification token to our server. We validate the token with MSG91 and check that the verified phone matches your enquiry. We use these details to prepare your WhatsApp message and do not save them in a separate enquiry database.
WhatsApp opens with your details in a prefilled message. You can review or edit it before sending. Phone verification confirms access to a phone number; it does not confirm your identity or reserve a car.
A direct "Enquire on WhatsApp" link skips the form. On a car's details page, it prepares a message with the car's name, colour, stock reference and page link.
Opening WhatsApp passes the prefilled text to that service, even if you decide not to send it. WhatsApp handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Once you send the message, we receive it through our business contact. WhatsApp's services may process information outside India.
How we use your information
We use your enquiry details to answer questions, check vehicle availability, arrange a viewing or follow up on a car you have asked about. We may also need them to handle a complaint or meet a legal obligation.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If we want to use your details for that purpose, we will ask separately.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle your request, any resulting transaction or complaint, and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
We limit the personal information requested through the website and use it for the purposes described here. No website or messaging service can guarantee complete security. If you suspect that information you shared with us has been misused, contact us using the details below.
